As she was used to do it nearly each evening for my late grandfather, my late grandmother cooked\u00a0<strong>Kuymak<\/strong>\u00a0(prepared from butter, wheat and cheese) and smelled very good like always\u2026 Of course, my grandfather used to never eat this dish without me. Because he knew that I liked it so much. One day, I craved once again\u00a0<strong>Kuymak<\/strong>\u00a0and this time I ran towards my mother. I told her \u00ab Mom, can you cook\u00a0<strong>Kuymak<\/strong>\u00a0for me like grandma is doing ? \u00bb. At that moment, my mother was cleaning dishes and I suddenly received a plate on my head ! She said, \u00ab Go away, no\u00a0<strong>Kuymak<\/strong>\u00a0as I am too much busy \u00bb. Despite this, with maternal instincts, she went to prepare it. Simultaneously, I was crying and eating Kuymak. But something was strange. The dish was not as tasty as like my grandmother\u2019s one. I turned to my mother and asked her\u00a0<strong>\u00ab Why isn\u2019t like my grandmother\u2019s one ? \u00bb<\/strong>. And I received once again a plate on my head before running towards my grandmother with that pain.<\/p>\n<p>My grandmother asked me \u201cWhat happened little boy?\u201d. I explained her all and I asked her too \u201cWhy isn\u2019t as tasty as yours ?\u201d. She replied \u201c My son, actually it\u2019s same, wheat is same, butter is same, cheese is same because it\u2019s me who give them all.<\/p>\n<p><strong>So, what it was lacking ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>My grandmother caressed my head and said, \u00ab Look little boy, your mother didn\u2019t add her essence, that\u2019s why you didn\u2019t feel the taste \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>The time passed and I was able to understand that \u00ab essence \u00bb was love, heart and devotion.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, dear guests and friends, I listened to my grandmother\u2019s advice and I added only\u00a0<strong>\u00ab my essence \u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0to this taste. Each dish cooked with love is really delicious.<\/p>\n<p>And this is our only difference\u2026<\/p>\n<p>I would like to express my endless thanks to all of you on behalf of my team who contributed.
